The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26^th October, 2020 to consider and approve amongst other items of Agenda Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended on 30^th September, 2020 and to declare Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21, at such rate as may be decided by the Board.
The Record date for payment of Interim Dividend for financial year 2020-21 shall be Tuesday, 3^rd November, 2020.
