The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14^th August, 2018 to consider and approve, amongst other items of Agenda, Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30^th June, 2018.

As per Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will be closed from 8^th August, 2018 to 16^th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) on account of above said Board Meeting.
